Angry leopard and hungry leopard 7/07/2011

We went out in the afternoon to meet Owen. We knew about a leopard
sightings so we went to check and found a small female at the base of
a baobab. Very nervous, she kept snarling at us so we decided to leave
not to harass her.
After I met Owen I jumped in his car, we looked for the lions he had
seen in the morning and found them but the buffalo that were around
previously already left. So we did and went around serengeti ndogo
were we found Merrow from Mwagusi watching another leopard eating an
impala on top of a baobab tree.
He must have been quite hungry because he did not even raised its head.
Was a nice sightings but no value for Owen because was in the branches
so we decided to go at the other leopard sighting.
The small but actually not young female was on a big branch of the
baobab, she also had an impala kill stashed in a fork above her.
Again she was very nervous, a proper angry cat, she started snarling
and coughing at us, her tail moving relentlessly, whipping the air,
again we decided to move and as we did she climbed down the tree and
went some meters further just watching us driving away.
So in a couple of hours we got two leopards, the angry and the hungry.
