Last drive, last lions

Headed out of camp for the last drive of the season, was a beautiful drive very relaxed and full of little sightings.
I also spotted lions, tortilis pride.
Last guest, last drive, last lions.
On the way back started raining but nature surprised me again, A pale chanting goshawk was feeding on a red necked spurfowl just by the side of the road.

Friends in the bush

Wonderful night with Kimberley and Riaan at their place yesterday night, we had time to chat a lot about this park and its future. Planning targets and how to reach them was good fun.
The last guest of the season arrived in the afternoon, just in time to go down to mbagi for a sundowner.
A colourful Banded rubber frog walked through the dining tent while rain was pouring outside, so pretty.
