After years of guiding in this park I saw my first wild cat here..... amazing even if too brief.
That was absolutely the highlight of the day... better then the giant eagle owl nesting on top of an hammerkop nest, better then the 2 big male lions at the old airstrip, better then the three big male lions at the tortilis forest, better then the stunning leopard on a kigelia close to breakfast point, better then young baboons playing on a sycamore fig and even better then 30 ellies at sundowner time and also better then 18 lions moving towards giraffes in twilight.
